This is a “Big 3” event and we’ll cover in detail the fundamentals of stances, receiving, blocking and throwing.  Participants will need to have their own set of gear including protective cup and won’t be allowed to participate in many of the drills and exercises without it.  Please send your catchers with their own water bottles and snacks to stay hydrated and energized throughout camp.
