Bat Speed Program

Thank you for your interest in our Bat Speed Program!

Our Bat Speed Program is an extensive 8 session program that is designed to improve a player’s bat speed through improved strength and swing mechanics.

Participants will be put through 10-15 minute active dynamic warm up, a 20-30 minute strength and/or power workout to improve their “swing strength” and 20-30 minutes of hitting drills to improve swing mechanics.

The workouts are specifically designed to improve hip strength, hip flexibility, mobility and power as well as, hand, wrist & forearm strength. Workouts also include components for rotational power and core strength as well as balance and stability.
